Job Description
Glanvilles Damant are looking for a Personal Injury fee earner to join our Litigation Team.
An example of what you will be doing (not exhaustive):
- Managing your own mixed caseload and providing legal advice and representation to a diverse group of clients
- Assisting in other cases under supervision
- Dealing with calls and enquires on the telephone and when clients visit the office
- AML checks
- Preparing cases for Court, including briefing Counsel where appropriate, and preparing Court Bundles when necessary
- Drafting documentation appertaining to cases, often in accordance with timescales set by the Court
This role is a full time position with hours being 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, with an hour lunch break.
